Magic Kingdom

Halloween’s happiest haunts will reappear for 23 “spook-tacular” nights of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom. The after-hours special ticket event features the bewitching “Happy HalloWishes” fireworks spectacular, “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade” and trick-or-treating around the theme park. New features this year include the debut of Jack Skellington and Sally (from Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas”), along with “Monsters, Inc.” scarers Mike and Sulley hosting their own Monstrous Scream-O-Ween Ball. Epcot: Disney chefs and beverage experts will dish up 220 different festival foods and beverages at the 18th annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presented by Chase, which takes place from Sept. 27-Nov. 11, 2013 at Walt Disney World Resort. With more than 25 international and specialty marketplaces, guests can indulge in a variety of authentic tastes at familiar favorites such as Brazil, Australia, and Africa, vegan options at Terra, or debut dishes from Scotland. Additional festival highlights include culinary demonstrations, daily wine tastings and mixology seminars, signature events and more. Top musical acts will rock audiences with their greatest hits during the Eat to the Beat! concert series at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presented by Chase Sept. 27-Nov. 11 at Walt Disney World Resort. Six new Eat to the Beat acts – The Go-Go’s, Edwin McCain, The Manhattan Transfer, Wilson Phillips, Spin Doctors and Christopher Cross — and 13 returning bands take their turn on the America Gardens Theatre stage during concerts at 5:30, 6:45 and 8 p.m. daily (subject to change and included in Epcot admission).

Limited Time Magic

October 28th to November 1st

Kick up your boots for Halloween week at Magic Kingdom park where you can find all sorts of spirited fun in Frontierland! From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, head to the Diamond Horseshoe Saloon—re-dressed in the guise of “The Happy Haunted Horseshoe”—and grab a snack or a Halloween-inspired goodie as an ethereal group of entertainers takes a break from pushing up daisies to delight you with their tricks and treats. This is your chance to join hostess Miss Betty Blue as she calls forth haunting harmonies from the Cadaver Dans, the piano-playing Dearly Departed Stan and everyone’s favorite morbid magician, Abner Cadaver.
