• Coming in Summer 2019 to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

    If you have not been to Disney World lately and visited the Coronado Springs Resort, you have missed one of the most highly anticipated expansions at the resort. Last year, a massive expansion of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort was announced and is set to debut next summer at Walt Disney World Resort. The centerpiece of this expansion is a new 15-story tower, which you can see in the rendering above. It will add 545 guest rooms (including 50 suites!) to the resort.     A new recreational activity is now available at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort where guests ages 10 to 16 are invited aboard an evening adventure cruise on Barefoot Bay to investigate the mysteries of pirates of the past. During ‘The Unsolved Mysteries of Barefoot Bay,’ guests will experience an evening of immersive storytelling during this interactive boating scavenger hunt.
